We are pleased to share our 2022 Annual Report, which offers a look at a successful year of DEI programs in Boston. Our dedicated team continued to innovate our program delivery practices, adapting to evolving client needs in order to sustain the momentum for organizational and cultural change. Some highlights from our accomplishments in 2022:
- Released our Front and Center Report, which uplifts the voices of frontline and hourly workers of color with marginalized gender identities in the Greater Boston Area.
- Adapted our United Against Racism initiative with a new, self-paced curriculum.
- Engaged over 4,500 participants through our DEI Services, InclusionBoston, and LeadBoston programming.
- Shifted our F.Y.R.E. Initiative from a semester-based to a full school-year model, serving more than 100 middle schoolers.
