Roobvia joined YW Boston in July 2024 as the Marketing and Communications Manager, bringing a wealth of experience in crafting strategic messaging, compelling social media campaigns, and eye-catching designs.

She received her undergraduate degree from the College of the Holy Cross and has a deep passion for the arts and social justice. Previously, she served as a Content Marketing Specialist at Year Up, where she played a pivotal role in fostering equitable hiring opportunities for young adults through fundraising and volunteer events. As a Boston native, she is particularly motivated by her firsthand experiences witnessing how inequalities have impacted her life and those around her. Her dedication to inclusivity drives her mission to further YW Boston’s efforts in creating a more inclusive community.
