Associate Director of Advocacy & Community Engagement

Brianna joined YW Boston in May 2022 as the Advocacy and Community Organizing Manager. Brianna is a policy, public affairs, and advocacy professional in the Greater Boston area previously working in statewide education advocacy before managing public affairs at the Boston Foundation. Brianna believes in the power of community, advocacy, and education and the crucial impact it can have for girls and women.

Brianna grew up in Gloucester, MA and attended Providence College undergrad where she studied Spanish and Global Studies. She has a graduate certificate in Gender, Leadership, and Public Policy from the University of Massachusetts: Boston, where she is currently completing her master’s degree in Public Administration.

Brianna is an avid cook, a Big Sister, and loves to exercise – teaching spin at a local studio part-time while training for the Chicago marathon in October 2022. She is fundraising for the Big Brother Big Sister branch of Chicago. Brianna lives in Boston with her partner and her rescue dog, Rhody.
