Solidarity & Resilience: The Importance of Pay Equity
In this interactive presentation, YW Boston’s facilitator will help build a shared understanding of pay inequities in Massachusetts by gender and race; the impact on individuals, families, and organizations; and engage participants in generating solutions. Can be held remotely or in person for audiences of 20 or more.
Fire Side Chats / Round Table / Panel
Strike up a conversation in this more relaxed style. Explore and discuss current topics around inclusiveness, equity, and/or intersectionality that impact our work environments.
