DEI Community of Practice

A collaborative space for DEI and human resources professionals to share, learn, and innovate.

Our DEI Community of Practice provides a space for DEI professionals to collaborate and troubleshoot within a setting where trust and professional respect are watchwords. Members engage in honest and confidential discussion regarding DEI challenges and share best practices to address these challenges within a supportive and collaborative environment.

DEI Community of Practice was launched in partnership with Northeast Human Resources Association (NEHRA) in January 2020 to help meet the emerging needs of diversity, equity, and inclusion professionals.
