Community of Practice
A collaborative space for human resources professionals and people leaders to share, learn, and innovate.
Our Community of Practice provides a space for human resources professionals and people leaders to collaborate and troubleshoot within a setting where trust and professional respect are watchwords. Members engage in honest and confidential discussion regarding diversity, equity, and inclusion challenges and share best practices to address these challenges within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Community of Practice was launched in partnership with Northeast Human Resources Association (NEHRA) in January 2020 to help meet the emerging needs of diversity, equity, and inclusion professionals.
