Current LeadBoston Cohort

LeadBoston Class of 2025

Our LeadBoston Class of 2025 cohort is comprised of leaders from across various industries and sectors and represents the diversity of Boston. Together they make up the 34th class, a group of professionals striving to advance equity and inclusion in their own organizations. Throughout their 11-month journey they’ll engage in a deep dive of some of the most impactful systems impacting life and work in Greater Boston.

Their time together will include experiential learning around the city of Boston visiting different sites and institutions, speaking with the experts at the forefront of progress, leaning into rich facilitated dialogue, and developing plans to bring their learning back to their organizations.
