Program Day Schedule and Materials
*LeadBoston 2022 will be hybrid, starting virtually for January-March, and
tentatively transitioning to in-person for the remainder of the year. This is subject to change based on safety and space considerations, and we will communicate any changes as soon as possible. In the event that a tentatively in-person programming event becomes virtual there will be a mandatory Continuing the Conversation during that month. We highly recommend holding all dates on your calendar. The full calendar can be found here.

May 11th, 9am-5pm, (Confirmed In-Person) – Immigration
June 8th, 9am-1pm, (Virtual) – Environmental Justice
July 13th, 9am-5pm, (Virtual) – Healthcare
August 10th, 9am-5pm, (Confirmed In-Person) – Housing & Transportation
September 14th, 9am-5pm, (Confirmed In-Person) – Arrest & Prosecution
October 12th, 9am-5pm, (Confirmed In-Person) – Incarceration & Re-entry
November 9th, 9am-5pm, (Confirmed In-Person) – Presenting Leadership Commitments
November 16th, 5:30pm-7:30pm, (Confirmed In-Person) – Graduation
Leadership Commitments
Between now and November, each of you is tasked with identifying a Leadership Commitment to be completed after graduation. During the October program day, you will share your commitment with your colleagues. More information will be shared during our Advance.
LeadBoston staff will follow-up twice – at 6 and 12 months after graduation – to track outcomes and offer support.
