Adriana is an Afro-Latina seasoned professional serving in the capacity of Engagement Manager at YW Boston. She brings 20+ years of experience in the nonprofit sector and is a passionate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion advocate who works tirelessly to create inclusive workspaces.

Adriana holds a master’s degree in Education, a LeadBoston alumna, and holds a Certificate in Social Impact Management and Leadership. Her extensive knowledge and experience have equipped her with a deep understanding of the importance of education in fostering social change and allows her to combine her natural leadership abilities to make significant impact throughout her career.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Adriana actively engages in various initiatives aimed at eradicating racism and dismantling systemic barriers to equality and equity. Her commitment to social justice was nationally recognized when she received the National CASA 2022 DEI Award. This prestigious award is a testament to her dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and her relentless pursuit of social justice.
