Tatiana Roc

Tatiana joined Liberty Utilities in 2021 as President – Massachusetts. She is the organizational leader responsible for the overall operational, financial, social, and environmental performance of the business to ensure efficient, quality, and effective service to our customers.  She has nearly 20 years of gas utility experience including field operations, construction management, process management, change management, and talent management. 

Her team is working on the transformation of an integrated workforce from traditional utility culture to a customer-centric, entrepreneurial employee-empowered business by implementing new technology, improving work processes, and managing the talent for the business of the future.

Her passion of continuous development to being an effective leader, developing others, and adding value to the business, has contributed to her successfully managing large teams and delivering major change initiatives.

Tatiana received her Bachelor of Science degree, summa cum laude, in Project Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology.

She is an alumna of the Partnership Inc., member of the American Association of Blacks in Energy (AABE), and currently serves on the Board of YW Boston. 

On her “me” time, Tatiana enjoys daily 3-mile walks, attending tap, jazz, and hip-hop dance classes. She also teaches 3-year-old children to tap dance.

Tatiana is a native of the Boston community, where she still resides with her life partner.
