Nicole serves as Director of Partnerships for YW Boston. In her role she is responsible for generating program revenue by cultivating new participants and partners for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Services and supporting the stewardship and growth of existing partners.

Nicole brings over 10 years of experience in sales and revenue generation at Boston area technology companies such as athenahealth, HubSpot and Bynder. She is passionate about solving for the partner, streamlining internal processes to ensure a cohesive experience for partners and data driven decision making.

After witnessing firsthand the inequities that exist within the tech industry, Nicole is committed to helping organization improve workplace conditions for women, mothers and members of the LGBTQ community. She holds a bachelors degree in International Relations/Middle Eastern Studies from Boston University. Outside of work, Nicole assists various non profits with fundraising, volunteers her time to campaign for local/state political candidates and regularly attends protests. She is also passionate about animal welfare, and currently lives in Somerville, MA with her rescue pup!
