David joined YW Boston in September 2023 as the Leadership Services Program Assistant.

Born in Colombia and raised in Lawrence, MA, David has come to make Boston his home. He attended the College of the Holy Cross, graduating in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Italian. While in college David was a part of many programs and groups that worked on DEI initiatives, most notably working for the Office of Multicultural Education and helping establish HCF1RST Scholars – the college’s first-generation student group.

After graduating, David worked at St. John’s Prep, an all-boys catholic high school in Danvers, MA. As part of the Advancement Team, he focused on engaging alumni through strategic, year-round programming.

Outside of work, David is a Boston sports fan and an avid supporter of the New England Revolution. You can likely find him at Gillette Stadium during game days cheering on his team.
