Fadjanie Cadet (she/her), is an organizational development (OD) professional and accomplished corporate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) leader, who blends empathy with boldness to inspire inclusive cultures. With a decade-long background spanning global technology and leading consulting and research firms, she has led culture-shifting strategies, enhancing leadership development, driving inclusion, and promoting equitable systems.

Fadjanie’s work and influence was recently recognized by Diversity MBA Media as a Top 100 Under 50 Executive and Emerging Leader for 2024. As the first Global Diversity and Inclusion Director at Forrester, she spearheads their D&I strategy, partnering with executives to embed priorities that drive tangible business outcomes. She is a respected public speaker and thought leader who has partnered with organizations such as the Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts, SHRM, Workable, BambooHR, NEHRA, and LinkedIn to name a few. Her credentials include SHRM-CP, an MBA, and an ODCP from the Institute of Organization Development.
