Associate Director of Advancement

Katherine McNally joined YW Boston as the Associate Director of Advancement in July 2023. In this role she oversees all annual giving activities to support YW Boston’s mission to eliminate racism and empower women. Katherine brings over seven years of fundraising expertise to the organization, with past roles at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston and Beacon Academy. She is passionate about art, education, and social justice.
