Ronald Harvey joined YW Boston in January 2021 as an Executive/Organization Assistant. After a year of dedicated service, he was promoted to Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO, extending vital support to the leadership team and driving organizational efficiency through strategic administrative management and cross-departmental collaboration. Ronald also serves as Administrator for the Board of Directors, ensuring seamless communication and operations between the Board and leadership.

Previously, Ronald worked as an Assistant Office Manager for Framingham Public Schools, where he led arts-focused after-school programs, connecting students with local artists through workshops and events. Before that, he was an Operations Associate at The Achievement Network, contributing to the organization’s expansion and optimizing office management practices.

Originally from Southern California, Ronald holds a degree in English and Graphic Communications from Franklin Pierce College. He is committed to fostering collaboration and advancing YW Boston’s mission.
