In this interactive presentation, YW Boston’s facilitator will help build a shared understanding of pay inequities in Massachusetts by gender and race, the impact on individuals, families and organizations, and engage participants in generating solutions. Can be held remotely or in person for audiences of 20 or more.

Fire Side Chats / Round Table / Panel:

Strike up a conversation, in this more relaxed style, explore and discuss current topics around inclusiveness, equity and or intersectionality that impact our work environments. Your DEI professional, senior team, and our DEI professional, come together to share their stories and personal strategies that are commonly placed in the work environment. 

Imposter Syndrome:

Understanding what it is and how to combat it, this interactive presentation explores the four systems of oppression that manifest within our organizations and how this leads to imposter syndrome.

To get somewhere you must understand where you are currently. This interactive presentation provides a deeper look into why DEI matters in organizations. The presentation includes opportunities for your team to assess where you are now in your journey and how you can move forward.
