Thriving Together:
Building a Resilient Work Culture During Contentious Times

In today’s contentious political climate, it’s more important than ever to be intentional about strengthening your workplace culture leading up to volatile or tumultuous events. To address these challenges, YW Boston is launching the Thriving Together: Building a Resilient Work Culture During Contentious Times campaign. This initiative is dedicated to helping employers build a supportive workplace culture that empowers employees to navigate and thrive despite external pressures and internal conflicts—all through a DEI lens.

With the support of our sponsors, YW Boston is able to continue to provide meaningful programming that makes our city more equitable. This in-person gathering for senior level HR/DEI professionals will feature a facilitated conversation and an opportunity to share resources about these issues. By invitation only. Space is limited to 40 participants.

July 18, 2024, 9:00-10:00am: Polls, Politics, and People: Fostering Psychological Safety in Intergenerational Workforces Live Webinar

This webinar provided insightful strategies to navigate and mitigate conflicts arising from generational and ideological differences. We explored potential moments of conflict and their implications through a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) lens.
